What is 2FA?

2FA or ‘two-factor authentication’ is a complimentary security measure that verifies account ownership in other ways than passwords. It includes security questions, single-use codes sent to your mobile device, fingerprint scans and many other verification methods.

In Wombat, 2FA is enabled through authenticator apps, such as Google Authenticator and Authy and is currently available in the mobile app for Android and iOS. If you’d like to set up 2FA on your device, please read our Help Center article first.
